The day you met is often more personal than the wedding date. Mark the minute it all started.
Many couples celebrate two dates: the wedding and the day they met. The second one rarely gets a gift, because there is no tradition for it. That makes it the better surprise.
Find the minute
You may not know it exactly. Look for clues: the first message on your phone, the first photo together, a ticket from the concert. A message timestamp is often precise to the minute.
Write it down
Claim that minute and add what happened: where you were, what was said, what you remember. Keep it short. The record is public, so write what you are happy to share.
Small, specific, permanent
It is an inexpensive gift that shows you remember the detail. And it cannot be copied, because every minute has exactly one owner.
