Photos carry the moment they were captured. We read that time in your browser, convert it to UTC and tell you whether that exact minute is still unclaimed. The photo is only sent to us once you decide to continue.

- We use only the capture time and, when present, the location — and only to work out the right time zone. Coordinates are never stored or shown.
- Screenshots and photos forwarded through messaging apps usually have their metadata stripped. You can still enter the moment by hand.
- Video has no reliable capture time. Pick the minute first and add the video during the record.
